Job description

Job Title: Bartender

• Base Pay: $10.00 per hour
• Employee Type: Seasonal

What are we looking for?

We seek professional, high-energy bartenders with excellent communication skills to serve our customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, and serving and selling drinks.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Taking drink orders and preparing drinks.
2. Making recommendations based on customer preferences.
3. Checking IDs to verify legal drinking age.
4. Serving guests responsibly following RAMP training for safety.
5. Taking inventory of stock and notifying supervisors of needs.
6. Processing payments accurately via POS system.
7. Setting up and breaking down the bar daily, including restocking and fruit cutting.
8. Preparing the bar in advance of events.

Job Requirements:

• Current PA RAMP Certification.
• Experience in bartending is preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to operate electronic POS systems (iPad/tablet).
• Ability to handle cash.
• Positive, engaging, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. for extended periods.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Job Hours:

Fri, Aug 1: 4pm - 11:30pm. Shifts are scheduled based on availability; a minimum of 5 shifts of at least 5 hours each is preferred.

Physical Demands:

Employees must be able to communicate clearly, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Bilingual skills are a plus.
