• We have an opening for full-time and part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions.
• Location: Delta One BOS - 500 Terminal E, East Boston, MA 02128. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items efficiently to guests.

Essential Duties:

• Greet guests warmly; take food and beverage orders following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly; maintain safety and sanitation standards; assist guests as needed.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests; accommodate preferences and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery.
• Communicate effectively and remain flexible and patient.
• Handle tickets and cash procedures properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Respect confidentiality of guest information.
• Address complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare dining area before and after service; keep area clean.
• Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, coffee machines, etc.
• Assist during special events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
