ThriveMore is seeking a Part-Time Server near Asheville to join a supportive team. You will handle dining room service, greet residents, take orders, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Meals are provided during shifts, with open morning and evening hours and weekend availability required. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in service roles and must be able to work in Independent Living or Assisted Living settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining room service to residents and guests in a traditional environment.
• Greet customers, take orders, deliver food and beverages, bus and sanitize tables.
• Set up dining room, perform opening/closing duties and assist with deep cleaning as needed.

Schedule:

• OPEN AVAILABILITY for both morning shifts and evening shifts
• NOT A SET SCHEDULE

Responsibilities:

• Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment.

• Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals. Dining areas are not officially open to the public outside of guests.

• Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and sanitizing assigned areas.

• Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space, performing opening and closing duties, and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience
• Must be available to work in either Independent Living or Assisted living
