Hyatt Regency London Olympia is seeking a guest-focused Waiter/ess to deliver exceptional service in a premium hospitality setting. You will warmly welcome guests, knowledgeably describe menu items, and work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during dining experiences.

The role emphasizes outstanding guest interaction, attentiveness, and a proactive approach to meeting guest needs while adhering to Hyatt's service standards and brand values.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role within premium hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences.

Duties and responsibilities related to theWaiter/essrole

• Maintain strong knowledge of all menu items, including daily specials and promotions, to provideaccuraterecommendations and guidance.
• Follow departmental standard operating procedures to consistently uphold high service standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

About You

Previousexperience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability toanticipateguest needs and goabove and beyondto create memorable experiences.
