Paradiso Mexican Restaurant - Bismarck is currently hiring for full and part time Serving Staff!

Server Responsibilities:

1. Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
2. Take orders and deliver them to the table swiftly and accurately
3. Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
4. Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
5. Deliver checks and accept payment
6. Work with other staff as a team
7. Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
8. Assist with expediting and food running when needed
9. Must possess the ability to productively utilize downtime

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven work experience as a Server, Wait Staff Member
2. Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
3. Customer-oriented and planning skills
4. Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system
5. Outstanding people skills
6. Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
7. Good physical condition
8. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
