Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
2. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.).
3. Check food while cooking to stir or turn.
4. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
5. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
6. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
7. Continuously check quality of ingredients.
8. Monitor stock and replenish as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven experience as a cook.
2. Experience in using cutting tools, cookware.
3. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling, frying, etc.).
4. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
5. Ability to work as part of a team.

Schedule:

1. 10 hour shift
2. 8 hour shift
3. Day shift
4. Holidays
5. Monday to Friday
6. Night shift
7. Weekend availability

Education:

High school or equivalent (preferred).
