Job summary

Jose Pepper's Restaurants in Overland Park, KS is seeking a friendly Server to join our full service Tex Mex team. You will provide excellent customer service, take orders, and ensure guests are satisfied from seating to check.

Previous server experience is preferred, with a focus on quick, accurate service and welcoming hospitality. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, weekend availability, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a full service restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Tex Mex cuisine is a plus
