Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous wait staff/restaurant experience preferred.
• TIPS Certification required or the ability to obtain certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests in accordance with established service standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process cash, credit card, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and complete all settlement paperwork in an organized and accurate manner.
• Record all food and beverage revenues and accurately reconcile payments, credit card transactions, complimentary items, and coupon settlements.
• Restock service areas with necessary supplies, products, and materials as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and order necessary stock to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment that meets all local, state, and federal health code requirements.
• Communicate guest compliments, concerns, and feedback to Food & Beverage Management in a timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with guests and fellow team members to create an exceptional dining experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

We're looking for energetic, guest-focused Wait Staff professionals who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences. What You'll Do

As a Wait Staff team member, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. The cost of licensure is covered by Happy Valley Casino.
