Happy Valley Casino in State College, PA is hiring a Slot Supervisor to lead the Slots team. This full-time role reports to the Slot Manager and emphasizes guest service, supervision, and floor operations.

You will coach attendants, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance while coordinating with the Slots Operations staff. The position requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with weekends/holidays and licensing requirements to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk 6-8+ hours per shift.
• Flexibility for varied schedules; weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania Gaming copies and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Slots Attendants and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Resolve guest complaints and disputes on the floor.
• Administer department rules, policies and regulations.
• Document and issue disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain positive, fair, and consistent treatment of staff.
• Direct-line communication with Slots Operations staff.
• Maintain employee history sheets and shift coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Slot Supervisor to join our Slots team!

This position will report directly to the Slot Manager and will be responsible for:

• Promotes outstanding guest service which includes a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation and training of Slots Attendants.
• Responsible for resolution of guest complaints and disputes.
• Administration of all departmental rules, policies and regulations for Slots Floor Attendants.
• Recommends, documents and issues appropriate discipline for Slots Attendants.
• Responsible for establishing positive, fair and consistent treatment of all Slots Attendants.
• Responsible for direct-line communication with Slots Operations staff.
• Responsible for maintaining employee history sheets.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• This position has customer comp authority.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• The ability to effectively coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• The ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• The ability to perform repetitive motion tasks throughout the shift.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6-8+ hours per shift.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on business needs.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as required.
• The ability to obtain and maintain all licenses required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
