Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center is seeking reliable wait staff to join our Dining Services team. You will serve meals, maintain a clean dining environment, and assist with dishwashing while caring for residents in a Christian setting.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available. Starting pay is $15.00–$15.45 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff. Join us to deliver hospitality and compassion to our residents daily.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Serve meals to residents and guests.
• Understand and follow special dietary requirements when serving food.
• Set up, deliver, and collect meal trays.
• Set and clear dining room tables.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining equipment.
• Clean tables, chairs, and dining room floors after meals.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists.
• Protect resident privacy and follow HIPAA regulations.
• Build positive relationships with residents and coworkers.
• Follow sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Report any concerns involving resident safety, abuse, neglect, or resident rights.

Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center is looking for reliable and compassionate Wait Staff to support our Dining Services team. Responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, and assisting with dishwashing and food service tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with seniors and take pride in delivering outstanding service and hospitality

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests.
• Understand and follow special dietary requirements when serving food.
• Set up, deliver, and collect meal trays.

• Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining equipment.
• Clean tables, chairs, and dining room floors after meals.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout a shift.

• Comfortable working in a Christian retirement community.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

• Kitchen and dining room settings.
• Exposure to hot water, steam, food service equipment, and busy meal-time activity.

Pay

Starting Pay: $15.00 - $15.45 per hour

Full-Time

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Weekdays and weekends

Part-Time

• 15 to 20 hours per week
• 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
• Weekdays and weekends
