Job Overview

As a member of our wait staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations for food and drink items based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests have everything they need.
• Monitor guests’ dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area for service.

Qualifications
