Job summary

Pleasant Holidays is seeking a Hotel Concierge Sales Agent on Oahu to assist guests at hotel concierge desks with planning and booking tours and activities across the island and neighbor islands. You will be the friendly face of Aloha, building memorable experiences and earning strong pay plus commissions.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales or customer service, hospitality background preferred, and English fluency with Japanese a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at hotel concierge desks, helping plan and book tours and activities.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest needs and interests.
• Maintain strong guest relations and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
