• Knowledge of California wage-and-hour class and collective actions and PAGA.
• Excellent writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions.
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings; write and argue motions; take and defend depositions.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
