Ideal candidates will have wage-and-hour litigation experience, including California wage-and-hour class and collective actions and PAGA matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience, including wage-and-hour matters.
• California bar admission and JD from an ABA-accredited school.
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including depositions and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation from discovery to trial.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and motions, and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions and manage multiple matters.
