Qualifications

• Substantial experience litigating claims under California Labor Code, PAGA, and FLSA.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience drafting complaints and motions.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in wage and hour class actions.
• Manage litigation strategies and analyze exemption classifications.
• Prepare and argue motions, including class certification.
• Coordinate with clients and team members on case developments.
