You'll manage wage and hour cases from intake to trial preparation, working alongside the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate has a JD, 2–5 years of litigation experience, and a commitment to employee advocacy. While not leading trials, you'll prepare extensively and collaborate on case strategies. Competitive salary starts at $100,000 in the first year with robust growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active bar admission required (NY, NJ, PA, FL, or CA preferred).
• 2–5 years of litigation experience; wage and hour experience strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and capable of managing multiple active files.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and screen new client intakes; conduct client interviews.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in class and collective action matters, including certification briefing.

Skills

Legal research and writing

Familiarity with FLSA

Litigation experience

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Education

JD from an accredited law school
