Incendia Partners is seeking a midlevel Employment Litigation Associate in Chicago to handle wage-and-hour matters and class/collective actions. The role offers significant responsibility, exposure to complex matters, and the opportunity to work with a national platform.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of employment law experience, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to manage substantial litigation while collaborating with partners. Hybrid onsite schedule 3–4 days per week.
