Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a leading EPC contractor, seeks a Wage Compliance Specialist in Colorado to independently manage payroll processing and certified payroll reporting for multiple projects in the Denver area.

You will verify wage classifications, fringe calculations, and deductions while reviewing union agreements where needed. The role requires 2–4 years in payroll and prevailing wage support, with strong Davis-Bacon knowledge, and experience using LCPtracker or similar platforms.

• 2-4 years of progressive payroll, labor compliance and prevailing wage experience.
• Strong understanding of Davis-Bacon and certified payroll requirements.
• Experience with LCPtracker or similar compliance platforms.

Job Overview:The Wage Compliance Specialist independently processes payroll and certified payroll reporting for multiple projects.
