Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Wage Compliance Specialist to independently process payroll and certified payroll reporting for multiple projects in a hybrid role based in Aurora, CO. The position covers CPR submissions, wage classifications, fringe calculations, and deductions while ensuring Davis-Bacon and applicable prevailing wage compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and project teams to resolve payroll issues and review union agreements or apprenticeship documentation

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive payroll, labor compliance and prevailing wage experience.
• Strong understanding of Davis-Bacon and certified payroll requirements.
• Experience with LCPtracker or similar compliance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare, review, and submit CPRs.
• Validate wage classifications, fringe calculations, and deductions.
• Review union agreements and apprenticeship documentation as applicable.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and perform payroll audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state prevailing wage laws.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and project teams to resolve payroll issues.
