• Provide Orientation Training with new hires on site.

• Collaborate with Union Locals, Union Business Agents, and Registered Apprenticeship Programs to acquire and maintain apprenticeship documentation.
• Run B2W reports and assist Site admin with logs for the apprenticeship program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Compliance Coordinator will classify, store, maintain and monitor program files for the Labor Compliance Apprenticeship team. They will coordinate with office and site staff to gather and maintain proper documentation related to compliance. The Compliance Coordinator will identify best practices and make recommendations on process improvement.
