Responsibilities

• Manage complex class action litigation from inception through resolution.
• Take depositions, draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate closely with experienced team leaders in a highly team-oriented environment.
• Work on a manageable but significant caseload with opportunities to develop litigation strategy and courtroom experience.
