Prior wage-and-hour experience is not required. Attorneys from commercial litigation, medical malpractice, mass torts, or other complex litigation practices have successfully transitioned into this role. We are looking for motivated litigators who are eager to learn a specialized practice area.
Texas licensure is preferred, but the firm is open to relocation candidates.
