Job summary

Seagate Technology is offering a summer internship in Bloomington, MN for graduates or soon-to-be graduates pursuing science or engineering degrees. You will gain hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment with exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and CAD design.

You will work four days a week, ten hours daily, with Fridays through Sundays off, and you must be at least 18 years old at the start of the program.

Qualifications

• Interest in manufacturing/engineering as a potential career path.
• High school graduate pursuing a science or engineering degree in fall 2027.
• Must be 18 years or older at program start.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in technician and support engineering roles on multiple projects.
• Update documentation with process engineers and CAD design.
• Set up and operate production equipment and monitor processes.
• Analyze rework/scrap data to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and learn across engineering disciplines.
