Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with basic computer and production software.

• Experience in manufacturing, lab, cleanroom, or regulated production preferred.
• Willingness to work with chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Load and unload wafers or substrates from process equipment.
• Inspect wafers and components visually or with microscopes.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Record data accurately in logs or computer systems.
• Follow detailed work instructions and cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and contamination control.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve production issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
