The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow procedures. Training will cover equipment operation, safety, and basic maintenance with potential for growth within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to learn and operate production software systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment (photolithography, etching, deposition, testing).
• Load/unload wafers or substrates from process equipment.
• Inspect wafers and components visually or with microscopes.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Record data accurately in logs/computer systems.
• Follow detailed work instructions and cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and contamination control.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve production issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
