Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Production Technician to work in a cleanroom environment, processing silicon wafers for uncooled detector modules. You will handle PECVD, ALD, RIE, IBD, and Sputtering tools, perform metrology, and participate in pilot lots for engineering with deviations.

The role requires hands-on wafer fabrication, characterization, and collaboration with Engineering to ensure optimal output. A technical mindset and team-oriented culture are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in Dep/etch processing in vacuum tools in a cleanroom.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with wafer fabrication processes and metrology equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process wafers per MES travelers and instructions.
• Characterize results using metrology tools (Ellipsometer, ResMap, etc.).
• Document deviations and support area troubleshooting; assist engineering and maintenance to maximize output.
