Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemical or related discipline is required.
1+ years of experience in the compound semiconductor process is desired.
1 year experience in the laboratory environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
Maintain various wafer process steps including photolithography and wet etching.
Analyze process yield and report root causes for any yield loss.
Track tool performance metrics and maintain production documentation.
