Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemical or related discipline is required.
• 1+ years of experience in the compound semiconductor process is desired.
• 1 year experience in the laboratory environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain various wafer process steps including photolithography and wet etching.
• Analyze process yield and report root causes for any yield loss.
• Track tool performance metrics and maintain production documentation.
