Job summary

AOI in Sugar Land, Texas, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support cleaving, bar stacking/unstacking, and dicing operations. You will troubleshoot equipment and process issues, calibrate and maintain tools, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvements to yield and throughput.

Responsibilities include performing root cause analysis, collecting and analyzing data, developing recipes for new products, and collaborating with Quality and IT to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues affecting cleaving, bar stacking/unstacking and dicing operations.
• Perform daily calibration of cleaving and dicing equipment and monitor performance.
• Analyze production data to identify process improvements and CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Train manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
