Job summary

AOI is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer based in Sugar Land, Texas. The engineer will be responsible for fabricating compound semiconductor lasers on InP wafers and ensuring production line requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 1-year laboratory experience, along with a strong background in process improvement and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a laboratory environment.
• 4+ years of experience in compound semiconductor processes is desired.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate compound semiconductor lasers on InP wafers.
• Develop various wafer process steps including photolithography.
• Analyze and compile experimental data into reports.
