Qualifications

• 1 year experience in lab environment preferred.
• 1+ years experience in compound semiconductor process desired.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or SPC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wafer process steps in cleanroom environment.
• Analyze and report process yield and SPC.
• Perform maintenance and calibration of production machines.
