Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sustain ion beam mill and deposition processes for thin films; review data, disposition, and flag process excursions.
• Develop robust processes to reduce WIW and WTW variation and improve wafer yield.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, design, integration, and equipment engineering; transfer new tools to production and support fab operations 24/7.
