**Job Description**
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

BAE Systems is looking for a Wafer Foundry Production Supervisor for the Nashua, NH facility. As shift supervisor, you will manage the product flow, expedite priority lots, and optimize operations decisions around maintenance activities. You will lead a team of technicians, managing training, compliance, safety, and Tool/Technician utilization to achieve business objectives for quality, safety, delivery, and cost. You will also support continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities include:
+ Planning and coordination of WIP and staffing
+ Supervise, lead, train, and develop technicians
+ Collaborate with team members from other functional areas
+ Achieve objectives for quality, safety, delivery, and cost
+ Track and report performance metrics
+ Identify opportunities for improvements and lead/support improvement efforts
+ Foster collaborative, professional, inclusive work environment
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
**Required Skills and Education**
+ Education Level: Minimum associate degree in technical field
+ Experience: 6 years in semiconductor-related field, or 10 years in other technical field
+ Ability to work inside cleanroom environment in full cleanroom garments
+ Experience in workforce development, including hiring, training, providing timely feedback, and conducting performance development reviews
+ Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
+ Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to coach and motivate team members
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
**Preferred Skills and Education**
+ Bachelor s degree in technical field or equivalent experience
+ Experience in high complexity electronics manufacturing environment
+ Familiar with manufacturing execution system (MES)
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
