Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Technician to perform wafer fabrication and related tasks in our semiconductor production environment. You will operate equipment for alignment, masking, etch and diffusion, and may assist with setup, calibration and routine preventative maintenance.

The role requires adherence to cleanroom protocols, PPE usage, and accurate data logging. You will work in shifts (evening to early morning) in a fast-paced team focused on quality and yield.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Follow work instructions and established procedures.
• Adhere to clean room protocols and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer fabrication following work instructions and procedures.
• Operate equipment for alignment, masking, etch and diffusion.
• Measure and log critical parameters and data.
• Maintain clean room practices and PPE usage.
• Document records and move materials as needed.
• Inspect for quality defects and handle GaAs wafers safely.
• Log data into computer-based applications.
