Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer to support the PRFC cell near BWI Airport in Maryland. The role focuses on providing manufacturing technical direction for Advanced Packages for RF hardware, and supporting Circulator and Radiator build lines with inventory systems.

The ideal candidate will diagnose line-stop issues, own process definitions, drive continuous improvement using DOE/SPC/Six Sigma, and develop MES/Grafana dashboards while

Qualifications

BS in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 3+ years.
Experience in a manufacturing environment and project leadership.
Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance.
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end manufacturing process definition, specifications, and documentation.
Lead DOE, SPC, and Six Sigma based process improvements for yield and cost.
Develop digital manufacturing data systems (MES, Grafana) and ERP data.
Train operators and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
