As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in producing the high-performance semiconductor products that enable innovation across industrial, automotive, communications, healthcare, and consumer technologies.
Working in a highly controlled manufacturing environment, you will operate production equipment, perform quality inspections, and support safe, efficient manufacturing processes while contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
This position is performed in a controlled manufacturing environment. Depending on the assigned work area, employees may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow clean manufacturing protocols to ensure product quality and safety.
The Camas manufacturing facility operates using compressed work week (CWW) schedules. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential. All schedules include weekend work.

The expected starting wage for this position is $20.43–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Actual compensation is determined based on work location, experience, education, training, internal equity, and external market data.
The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $20 to $26.
