Qualifications

• 5+ years leading supervisors in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with MES/ERP systems and data-driven performance management.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across two shifts to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Direct 6–8 Production Supervisors and 120–150 Operators in a 24/7 wafer fab.
• Drive staffing, onboarding, and workforce development to scale up to additional operators as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Champion 5S, cleanroom protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
