Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status.
• 2+ years of experience in a process engineer role.
• Experience with Quality Systems, SPC, DOE, and basic statistical data analysis.
• Experience in silicon wafer fab environment and MEMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of fabrication processes and target yields.
• Own a toolset or process step to optimize quality controls vs costs.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operators in a fast-paced NPI environment.
• Specify, install, and monitor utilities such as gases and fluids.
• Develop new methods and inspection capabilities for process steps.
• Communicate progress with global management, operations, and partners.
• Document and present project methods and results.
• Occasionally work >40 hours to meet milestones.
• Perform other duties as needed.
