Job summary

Techneeds LLC is seeking a Wafer Fab Operator in Massachusetts to join a dedicated semiconductor team. You will load and unload materials into processing equipment, clean wafers, inspect products for defects, and ensure processes meet specifications.

The role supports standard wafer fabrication operations with a focus on accuracy and quality. Prior semiconductor experience is a plus and the schedule may involve rotating shifts to cover production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of wafer fabrication processes.
• Ability to operate and understand online computer systems within certified work areas.
• Experience with inspecting materials and measuring circuit dimensions.
• Knowledge of chemical baths or automatic wafer cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to read instructions, recipes, and processing charts.
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related environment is a plus.
