Job summary

Keysight Technologies is hiring for a wafer fabrication role in Santa Rosa, CA. You will manufacture high level integrated circuits on GaAs and InP substrates in a cleanroom and participate in patterning, deposition, and etch steps to support world class test equipment.

The role requires handling hazardous chemicals, operating periphery tools, and performing ongoing equipment qualifications while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to run precision equipment to meet critical specs.
• Ability to follow written safety and wafer handling instructions.
• Good manual dexterity for cleanroom tasks.
• Able to communicate anomalies to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Handle and mix hazardous chemicals used in wafer processing.
• Perform photoresist spin, exposure and develop on GaAs and InP substrates.
• Operate peripheral equipment and conduct daily/weekly/monthly qualifications on main and peripheral tools.
