Qualifications

• Semiconductor processing experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Ability to learn quickly following verbal and written instructions regarding safety, chemical handling and wafer processing.
• Ability to sustain a high quality of work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives and policies of the company. Ability to work overtime.
• Excellent work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and team skills.
• Be comfortable using computers and learning new computer programs.
• Able to stand and walk the entire shift.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate excellent manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Follow standard manufacturing and cleanroom protocol, including gowning and good operating discipline.
• Implement continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
• Maintain high quality of work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.
• Train others based on business needs when proven efficient.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to meet manufacturing needs.
