Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise application protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services. You will own service performance, governance, and cross-team execution while guiding engineering and vendor coordination.

You will manage incident response, lifecycle planning, and automation adoption, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable operations across the EY

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity preferred.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, load balancing, cloud networking, edge security, infra operations or related fields.
• 3+ years leading technical teams in service delivery or platform management.
• Experience in incident, change, problem and lifecycle management for production services.
• Knowledge of WAF policy ops, CDN, bot/DDoS controls, AWS ALB/NLB, AVI, Azure Ingress, DNS, SSL/TLS, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Establish priorities, rhythms, ownership, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
• Ensure services are secure, available, and auditable across teams.
• Lead reviews, problem management, root cause follow-up and corrective actions.
• Coordinate incident response and cross-team escalation for major issues.
