Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise application protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

You will own service performance, incident escalation, platform lifecycle management, and cross-team collaboration across application, cloud, networking, firewall, and vendor teams in EY's hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or CS.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, load balancing, edge security, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and service delivery.
• Experience with incident, change, and lifecycle management.
• Strong customer engagement and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and edge services.
• Lead, coach, and develop WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge engineers.
• Manage staffing, on-call rotations, and succession planning.
• Drive service metrics, SLA and KPI performance, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-team response for major incidents.
• Guide platform lifecycle and automation adoption.
