Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

This role requires coordinating across application, cloud, networking, firewall, and vendor teams to maintain secure, reliable services while driving governance, incident response, and lifecycle improvements. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering, or cybersecurity.
• 8+ years in WAF, application delivery, cloud networking, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and service delivery.
• Experience with WAF policy, CDN, bot/DDoS controls, and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF, internet ingress, and edge services.
• Lead teams, manage staffing, and ensure standard work and documentation.
• Own SLA/KPI performance, incident response, and lifecycle governance.
• Coordinate cross-team responses for major incidents and platform upgrades.
