Job summary

Atlas is seeking a WABO Special Inspector to provide inspection services on major transportation projects in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates should be WABO certified, with preference for structural steel and post-tensioned concrete experience, and strong reporting skills.

The role requires reading project drawings, interpreting specifications, and delivering timely, accurate field documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• WABO certification required; preferably structural steel and post tensioned concrete.
• ICC and related materials certifications are a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections as scheduled.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports and documentation of field activities and testing results.
• Read, interpret and understand project specifications and drawings.
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness of results.
