Position Summary

The W+D Lead Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting W+D envelope production systems to ensure efficient, high-quality output. This role oversees the converting and printing process to deliver accurate, personalized mail packages while minimizing waste and downtime. The Lead Operator partners closely with the production team to optimize workflows, meet deadlines, and maintain strict quality and safety standards.

• Manage converting and printing processes to produce envelopes for letter packages with minimal touchpoints and waste.

Position Information

• Pay Range: $27 to $37 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000, payable on the first payroll following 90, 180, and 365 days of employment.
