• Experience operating W+D or similar envelope converting systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.
• Ability to ensure precision and quality in a fast-paced production environment.
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving mechanical and workflow issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Ability to guide coworkers in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot W+D envelope production systems, ensuring smooth workflow and maximum productivity.
• Manage converting and printing processes to produce envelopes for letter packages with minimal touchpoints and waste.
• Manage the flexographic press integrated with the W+D system to apply high-quality print and finishes as part of the production process.
• Perform regular checks to ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines, optimize workflows, and improve processes.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
