Job summary

Audi Napa Valley of Fairfield is seeking an experienced automotive service technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, using VW-specific tools. You will service vehicles with a focus on customer satisfaction, communicate repair needs, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements include 2+ years' experience, VW certification preferred, ability to read data in a DMS, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• VW certification preferred; relevant training encouraged.
• Experience diagnosing engines and electrical/mechanical issues.
• Ability to read and interpret data in DMS and diagnostic tools.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle problems and repair or replace faulty parts.
• Service vehicles on schedule per dealer/manufacturer guidelines.
• Explain repair orders and estimated times to customers and keep stakeholders updated.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety policies.
• Attend training and participate in team activities and overtime when needed.
