Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as Automotive Technician, with focus on German vehicles.
German vehicle experience preferred; VW Master Technician status desired.
Ase certifications are a plus and VW diagnostic tools proficiency required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles per manufacturer specs.
Complete VW-specific repairs including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and exhaust.
Stay updated with VW service bulletins, tech updates, and recalls.
Perform factory-recommended maintenance such as oil changes and brakes inspections.
Use modern diagnostic equipment to assess and resolve issues.
Communicate vehicle condition and repair needs clearly to customers.
Maintain high quality and safety standards and timely completion of work.
Keep accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair.
