Job summary

Harnish Auto Family in Puyallup, WA is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our dealership family. This hands-on role keeps the lot, service drive, and vehicle inventory organized and presentable, while you support the Sales and Service teams with moving and preparing vehicles.

You will wash and prep vehicles, inspect for cleanliness or damage, tag keys, and help keep dealership grounds free of debris.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Physical ability to stay on feet and active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas.
• Keep vehicle lots organized, clean, and presentable.
• Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
• Assist with washing and preparing vehicles as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness or visible damage and communicate concerns.
• Create and maintain vehicle key tags and assist with inventory organization.
• Help keep work areas, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and free of debris.
• Assist the Sales and Service teams with moving or retrieving vehicles.
• Follow dealership procedures when operating customer and company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Harnish Auto Family is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lot Attendant to join our team!

Our Lot Attendants play an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas

• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
