Job summary

Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington is seeking Volkswagen certified technicians to join our service team. The role involves performing repairs and diagnostics with our dealership standards, ensuring quality customer service and timely communication with the Service Advisor.

Qualifications

• Volkswagen certified preferred.
• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A, B, C, D level including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components with diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and brakes.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about needed additional work and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
